Le Chinois restaurant showcases the gastronomic culture of Cantonese China. Our offering is inspired by the legendary film Red Lantern, from which we have created a world of sensory stimuli that complement the culinary pleasure.
Through the Paifang—the traditional Chinese gate—you can access an urban environment inspired by 1920s China. The typical constructions, accentuated by an amber light, delineate an intimate and nocturnal environment. The reflections evoke the essence of the Grand Canal, where facades and lanterns multiply, creating an immersive atmosphere full of references.
On the second floor, the spatial and lighting experience is enhanced by the use of fabrics in reddish and terracotta tones, echoing the Silk Road.
Le Chinois is not just a restaurant, but an experience that blends early 20th-century Chinese tradition with the vibrant life of 21st-century Madrid. It is not just exceptional cuisine, but a poetic narrative about Cantonese culinary culture.
