Inspired by the original design of the 1970s building, we aimed to restore its essence and original materiality. By removing later additions, we unveiled the true character of the lobby, reception, and restaurant, unifying them under a cohesive vision and design strategy.

This approach highlights the building’s architecture, defined by its imposing pillars that bring rhythm to the lobby and a wooden cladding that wraps around other areas, adding warmth and texture. This warmth is further emphasized by furniture that balances comfort and intimacy, paired with a palette of soft, earthy tones that harmonize with the space. The new layout’s sense of intimacy is elevated through thoughtfully designed indirect and focused lighting.
