Comporta Suites is a boutique hotel with two buildings, one that is traditional and the other more contemporary. Its architecture and interior design perfectly meld into the landscape, in a journey back to the essentials with natural colors and materials.
Known as The Hamptons of Portugal, Comporta is a coastal stretch with a unique ecosystem, where sea, dunes, rice fields, and pine groves come together. The references we used for this project were the landscape and the idea that elements in their purest form (water, earth, fire, and air) invite us to connect to the world around us and invoke simplicity and true beauty.
