The client’s needs and the distinctiveness of the building itself led us to analyze this project for the Petit Palace chain from a new perspective and inclination: we created a concept of a multi-use and urban hotel that opens onto the street and welcomes the city inside.
To open the hotel to the city, we decided to invite the street itself inside the establishment. To this end, we used materials specific to the outdoor urban environment, such as texturized cement for the main wall. In doing so, we sought to invite passersby to enter and discover a cafe and restaurant where they can hold social or professional gatherings and work while sipping an organic coffee.
